3.2 Data Protection The Company will take reasonable measures to protect User's data and information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

Ownership
4.1 Company's Ownership The System and all related materials, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, images, and sounds, are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademarks, and other laws and regulations regarding intellectual property.
4.2 User's Ownership User retains all rights to User's data and information stored on the System.

Disclaimer and Limitations of Liability
5.1 Disclaimer The Company provides no warranties or representations of any kind in connection with the System and shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the System.
5.2 Limitations of Liability The Company's liability for any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the use of the System is limited to the amount paid by User to access the System.

Changes to Terms & Conditions
The Company may amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
